Item 4 — Purpose of Transaction
Item 4 of the Schedule 13D is hereby amended and supplemented as follows: The response to Item 3 of this Amendment No. 9 is hereby incorporated by reference herein. On March 4, 2025, 3,952,431 shares of Class A Common Stock were sold for the account of Buzzard Midstream LLC at a price of $55.63 per share.
