Information we collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the product:

  • ·Your email address, when you subscribe or contact us.
  • ·Payment information processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store card numbers or full payment details.
  • ·Aggregate site usage data collected by Cloudflare Web Analytics — a cookieless, privacy-respecting tool that does not track individuals across sites. Data is aggregated and anonymous.

How we use your information

We use your email address to:

  • ·Deliver the new-filing alerts and API access included with your subscription tier.
  • ·Respond to your inquiries and provide support.
  • ·Process and manage your subscription.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not display advertising.

Data retention

We retain your email address for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal compliance. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Analytics are provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individuals. No cookie consent banner is required because no cookies are set.

Third-party services

We use a small number of third-party services to operate the product:

  • ·Stripe — for payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
  • ·Cloudflare — for DNS, CDN, web hosting, and aggregate, anonymous site traffic analysis (Cloudflare Web Analytics).

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including:
