Item 4 of the Schedule 13D is hereby amended to add the following: Effective as of the closing of the Exchange, the Reporting Person no longer holds the securities of the Issuer with the purpose or effect of changing or influencing the control of the Issuer. The Reporting Person previously filed this Schedule 13D because, at the time of the initial filing, the Reporting Person had the intent to perhaps advocate for certain changes to the Issuer's operations. However, due to the consummation of the Exchange with Dror Ortho-Design Ltd., the Reporting Person no longer intends to advocate for any changes to the Issuer's operations. The Reporting Person now holds the securities of the Issuer solely for investment purposes.
