The Reporting Persons acquired and hold the Common Shares for investment purposes. SVI AG may from time to time consider participating in future financings by the Issuer, but the Reporting Persons do not presently intend to increase their aggregate beneficial ownership to 50% or more of the outstanding Common Shares. Except as described above, the Reporting Persons have no present plans or proposals that relate to or would result in any of the matters described in paragraphs (a) through (j) of Item 4 of Schedule 13D. The Reporting Persons intend to review their investment periodically and may change their plans or intentions based on future developments.
